‘STARS IN THEIR EYES’ WINNER RECREATES THE FINEST SOUL SINGER OF THE 80'S AND 90'S - LUTHER VANDROSS.

This amazing talent was born into a family steeped into the tradition of gospel and quickly moved on to having his own group at school.

He so impressed David Bowie at the recording of Young Americans that he was invited to arrange vocal parts for the album.

Later Vandross was to be the opening act for Bowie's Tour of ‘Young Americans’. He was also much in demand to back other artists. His credits include Chaka Khan, Ringo Starr, Barbra Streisand and Donna Summer. His subsequent hits, particularly in the R&B charts, established him as one of the finest singers of the 80's and 90's.

Harry provides a wonderful tribute to the great star, capturing the essence of his music and personality.
