Rick is the whole package - Starting out at university as a stand-up comedian and sketch performer; his big TV break followed swiftly - hosting a ramshackle student show on an East Anglian cable channel.
Rick subsequently landed a slot doing audience warm-up for the BBCs Ruby Wax daytime show which led to a job that involved getting up at 3am - writing jokes for Iain Lee and co-presenting the newspaper review on Channel 4s RI:SE.
Leaving him desperate for a lie-in, Rick then went on to be one of the faces of E4 Music and front Freshly Squeezed, the C4 morning entertainment show. This year has seen Rick take over the prime slot on T4 from the departing June Sarpong. This hunk is destined for BIG things.
