Bruce Parry
In May 1988 Bruce Parry was commissioned into the Royal Marines, completing one year of management, leadership and commando training before serving as a troop commander for several years. Whilst in the Marines Parry became a specialist in physical training, becoming the youngest ever officer to hold responsibility for all aspects of Royal Marines Commando Training. He served in arctic Norway in addition to Iraq before leaving after six years as a Lieutenant.
Following this experience Parry has been involved in film and television work. This has included a six part BAFTA award winning prime time BBC series about Indigenous Peoples, as well as film work including roles as a director, camera operator and location manager.
