Matt Dawson
Matt Dawson is the most capped England scrum half of all time with 51 caps, through which he has garnered a reputation for playing intelligent and intuitive rugby. Among his sporting achievements are winning the World Cup in Australia in 2003, his applauded leadership qualities during the New Zealand Tour from Hell in 1998 and the victorious Six Nations championships in 2000 which resulted in Dawson being honoured with England captaincy.
Matt’s presentations discuss the lessons learnt from these experiences, and can be applied to any challenge. He talks about mental and physical training to achieve goals, as well as career and personal development. He is well known for managing highly effective team building exercises, strategic retreats and change management sessions.
