What is a crew?
Animaineax's has the most important thing a crew needs and that's love.
6 brothers who only discovered each other in 2008! These crazy bunch of pinoys were in different established crews. Jeffrey who was in Boy Blue and Zoonation. A’Jai who was in Boy Blue and Avant Garde. Marlon and Albert who were in Anarchy Cartel. Ryan who was in Dialight. And Swarf who was in Dance2xs, Bird Gang, Pink Mafia, Dialight, Flo’Ography and Zoonation.
In early 2008, Jeff and Swarf thought to recruit a bunch of trendy Filipinos to perform at Funk Physics Launch Party 2008.
There were originally 5 of these animated, colourful, stylistic, blissful, prettyful people who are known as the main animators in hip hop...they are called the Animaineax's! Then in mid 2008, they recuited Albert Yanit - Albertron.
Through 2008, they focused on training to understand the foundation moves in hip hop east coast and west coast styles. But also while learning the hip hop styles, they were forming their own home UK grounded style called “SKOOLBOI” which means fresh student. So no matter the time of the hip hop age, they're keeping their style fresh, always evolving hip hop and creating new movements to the hip hop sounds.
