The ‘Blues Brothers’ Are Back In Town!

Pete and Ed are back, and they intend to rock the joint again with the hit duo ‘Bootleg Blues Brothers’. The two renowned soul singers will once again recapture the lunacy, music and the essence that is, The Blues Brothers.

Also performing with a full band under the name ‘Sweet Home Chicago’ the ‘Bootleg Blues Brothers have been performing their hit show at theatres, venues and private parties for the last twenty five years.

Such has been their popularity, that the last 2 decades have seen a growing number of Jake and Elwood tribute acts performing at venues world wide, spreading the word of R`n`B & Soul. The musical pedigree of the film was underwritten by the inclusion of cameo roles by none other than JAMES BROWN, ARETHA FRANKLIN, RAY CHARLES, CHAKA KHAN and the incomparable CAB CALLOWAY.

Did John Belushi and Dan Ackroyd realise they would spurn an abundance of pork pie of hatted folk wearing dark glasses professing to be on a mission from God? Possibly, however, what they did become were the ultimate ambassadors of the music they loved.
