Entertainers, a renowned entertainment production company with over 20 years of experience in delivering popular and captivating shows across the UK and internationally, is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to join our dynamic Marketing and Sales team.

As a Campaign Manager at Entertainers, you will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and optimising marketing campaigns for our extensive lineup of over 1,800 shows per year. With our newly built Canvey Island headquarters, housing all aspects of production, including a recording studio, set building facilities, and a full-size rehearsal space, you will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment within the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end campaign management for over 1,800 shows per year, both in the UK and internationally, ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies and driving ticket sales.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign plans, encompassing various marketing channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, traditional media, and partnerships, to maximise audience reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design team to develop impactful and compelling campaign assets, including promotional videos, imagery, copy, and other collateral.
  • Work directly with venue partners to secure impactful marketing activities, coordinating joint campaigns, and leveraging their local knowledge and resources to drive ticket sales.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analysing key metrics and data, and implement optimisations to enhance campaign effectiveness, audience targeting, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Digital Marketing, Design, and Production, to ensure seamless coordination and integration of marketing efforts across all touchpoints.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI while achieving campaign objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, target demographics, and trends in the entertainment industry, and incorporate findings into campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders, such as media agencies, influencers, and venues, to leverage their reach and resources for enhanced campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively apply them to improve campaign outcomes and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on campaign management.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels and their best practices, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, traditional media, and partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign performance.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and venue partners.
  • Experience in working directly with venue partners, coordinating marketing activities, and leveraging their local knowledge and resources.
  • Creative mindset, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling campaign messaging and assets.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance is preferable.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team towards campaign objectives.
  • A passion for the entertainment industry and a deep understanding of audience preferences and trends.

We are looking for a talented Booking Executive to join our in-house programming team. As a Booking Executive, you will be responsible for booking shows and events at theatres, concert halls and events across the UK and internationally.

We are a family business with a long, exciting history of over 27 years – a mainstay of UK theatre. We create shows that stand out from the crowd, shows that engage, electrify and that people connect with. In 2023 we will produce over 2,000 live events, from Southend-on-Sea to Sydney, Australia.

Entertainers build brands, shows that become household names, tour the world, and are produced to the highest standard. Our shows are the ones that people want to see again and again, with a reputation for excellence that precedes us.

The successful candidate may have experience at any level of the entertainment industry or a proven track record of successful event and show bookings, but we also welcome applications from those without specific experience who are passionate about the industry and eager to learn. You will be a skilled negotiator with excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with artists, venues and event organisers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure shows and events across the UK and internationally.
  • Develop great lasting relationships with venues and event organisers.
  • The ability to think commercially and negotiate deals with artists and venues.
  • Work alongside the wider team to help develop a diverse and exciting programme of events.
  • Assist with the logistics of events, including travel and accommodation arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the entertainment industry, particularly in booking shows and events is welcomed – however we are happy to consider candidates who are new to the industry.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in digital marketing or similar is a plus, however we welcome applicants who want to join both the digital marketing and entertainment industries for the first time.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and content management systems is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, and an understanding of how to engage and grow an audience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
